At Jidar SecOps, we prioritize your data privacy. We collect minimal telemetry data strictly necessary to operate the Cloud API. For users of the Jidar Local Node, absolutely zero logs, network traffic, or sensitive incident data are transmitted to our cloud infrastructure.
Information we may collect includes: account registration details (name, email, company), billing information for paid plans, API usage metrics, and anonymized product analytics to improve our service.
Information collected is used solely for the purpose of threat detection, improving AI models (where opted in), and maintaining 99.9% uptime SLA. We do not sell, rent, or lease your data to third parties under any circumstances.
We comply fully with GDPR, CCPA, and global data sovereignty laws. Cloud API customers can select their geographic region for log storage. Local Node customers retain 100% physical and logical control over their data.
We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Analytics cookies are opt-in only and can be disabled at any time from your account settings.
Cloud API log data is retained for the duration specified in your plan (30, 90, or 365 days). Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently purged within 30 days. Backups are encrypted and automatically rotated.
We use Stripe for payment processing and AWS/GCP for infrastructure hosting. These providers are SOC 2 compliant and process data under strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). No log or security data is shared with third parties.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your
personal data at any time. GDPR subjects may exercise their right to
be forgotten by contacting jidar0x0@gmail.com. We respond
to all data requests within 30 days.
