Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using Jidar SecOps (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Permission is granted to temporarily download the materials or use the API for your internal security monitoring. You may not modify or copy our proprietary AI models, use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit licensing, or attempt to decompile any software.
We guarantee a 99.9% uptime for the Cloud API. In the event of an outage, standard enterprise customers are eligible for service credits as defined in their master service agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify Jidar immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication on all accounts.
API usage is subject to rate limits based on your plan tier. Free tier: 100 req/min. Cloud API: 1,000 req/min. Enterprise: custom limits. Exceeding rate limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. Persistent abuse may result in temporary suspension.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice.
Jidar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Egypt.
